What we collect

Your email address, the CVs and cover letters you upload, the experience notes you type, the job ads you paste, and the documents we generate.

How it's used

Only to produce your tailored documents. Text is sent to an AI model hosted by [PROVIDER] in [REGION] to do this. Under our agreement with them it is not stored for training. We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or use it to train models.

Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active and for up to 30 days after your 2-year access ends, then deleted. You can delete your account and all data at any time from the dashboard.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and separated per account. Uploaded files are converted to plain text and screened before processing. If we learn of a breach affecting you we will tell you promptly.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your card details.
